System Engineer (Infrastructure)

Job Description

Maintain system and support implementation on both On-premise and Cloud infrastructure platform
Activities will span all phases of development including requirements, design, implementation, validation, release, and maintenance
Support to coordinate with developer, MS Azure, AWS, 3^rd party, and support team
Troubleshoot Cloud Infrastructure system issues (Web server, Database server, Network system, Security and other services on Cloud)
Identify, create document, and report functional issues

Age 23 years old or above
Required experience minimum 2 years
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer IT, Computer Engineering or any related field
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server/ Linux operating system
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure
Knowledge of network system and network security
Experience with project control or vendor control is a plus
Knowledge of mobile application development is a plus
Office Tools: MS Office / Excel / Words / Project / Access / Power Point
Communication: Intermediate in English Speaking / Writing / Listening, Japanese is plus
Good interpersonal skill, Mature, Hard Working, Self-Initiative, Enthusiastic and Service minded
Able to handle multiple tasks at once and works well under pressure
Flexible in working time and willing to work after office hours or holidays if required
Good in English (reading, speaking, writing, listening). (TOEIC 500 up).
