(TCAP) (Formerly Digital Media Asia Pacific Ltd.) is a company established in 2004 to assist Toyota Motor Thailand Co., Ltd. and Toyota group in Asia Pacific to provide services to customers via the website and innovation products and develop the e-CRB (e-Customer Relationship Building) system for dealership.
e-CRB is designed to build a strong relationship with customers as well as to increase the customers’ satisfaction about Toyota’s products and services. Recently we develop TOYOTA T-Connect, the intelligent navigation application on smart phone. We also provide Digital Marketing services to generate suitable Online Marketing strategies for TOYOTA.
TCAP’s parent company is TOYOTA Connected Corporation (https://www.toyotaconnected.co.jp), located in Nagoya, Japan,for which was established by TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION.
