Junior IT Support
Job Description
Installing and configuring computer servers & Clients including hardware, software, systems, networks and Smart Devices.
IT Helpdesk support to Investigating and solving computer software and hardware faults.
Communicate and support end users to determine the nature of problems
Supporting IT Audit team and IT security team to investigate and problem solving
Support IT Inquiry hotline, Emergency Onsite (During non-working hour, holiday)
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer science, or any related field.
1 year of experience in IT Support, preferably in the IT industry.
Fresh graduates with internship experience in IT support are welcome to apply
Full working rights in Thailand.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Logical thinking, energetic
Up-to-date technical knowledge (IT & Security Knowledge & Experience of Security Patch, O365, Cloud, Penetration Test, and Vulnerability Assessment)
Communication: Able to communicate and writing in English.
Good interpersonal skill, High responsible, Hard Working, Self-Initiative, Enthusiastic and Service mind
Flexible in working time and willing to work after office hours or holidays if required.
