Junior IT Support

Job Description

  • Installing and configuring computer servers & Clients including hardware, software, systems, networks and Smart Devices.
  • IT Helpdesk support to Investigating and solving computer software and hardware faults.
  • Communicate and support end users to determine the nature of problems
  • Supporting IT Audit team and IT security team to investigate and problem solving
  • Support IT Inquiry hotline, Emergency Onsite (During non-working hour, holiday)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer science, or any related field.
  • 1 year of experience in IT Support, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience in IT support are welcome to apply
  • Full working rights in Thailand.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Logical thinking, energetic
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge (IT & Security Knowledge & Experience of Security Patch, O365, Cloud, Penetration Test, and Vulnerability Assessment)
  • Communication: Able to communicate and writing in English.
  • Good interpersonal skill, High responsible, Hard Working, Self-Initiative, Enthusiastic and Service mind         
  • Flexible in working time and willing to work after office hours or holidays if required.
